Discover how sleep plays an essential role in your health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally, and how plant-based therapies can help. Join neuroscientist, Dr. Josh Kaplan, and The Rebel Mamas Nikita Stanely and Aleks Jassem to learn about the benefits of a good night’s rest.

1:30-2:30PM: A dose of passion

Join in as we explore natural ways to enhance and improve intimacy and sex with our in-house Neuroscientist, Dr. Josh Kaplan, Antuanette Gomez, Miranda + Ryan from Acro Buddha’s, and Veronica Kazoleas.

3-4PM: Couple’s Acro Yoga with Acro Buddha’s

Miranda and Ryan, from Acro Buddha’s demonstrate the connection between movement and intimacy through acrobatic yoga. Teaching all skill levels how to cultivate a newfound connection and a dose of passion to one another.
